Last time I looked, Chavez was democratically elected. Of course the rich and the US don't like him - but they never liken anyone who stands up for the poor

fred's right about hitler & stalin: hitler was *appointed* by german president paul von hindenberg. stalin was *selected* by the central committee of the communist party of the soviet union. neither was elected by the man in the street. -a.v.

I think you need to take a close look at what you undertand to be a "democratic" election, and then look at the travesties of that term in Venezuela.
