Those memorable photo ops...

Furtwangler's reputation will never live down this photo op with his patron Adolf Hitler:

Karajan's reputation will be forever tarnished by his Nazi Party ID card:

I hope the eager musical serfs of today's tyrants will pay a similar price:

I just really cannot agree more on thin with you dear Boom.

I sincerely wish people could open their eyes more when they come to pictures like this from their opportunist so-called artists...

Last time I looked, Chavez was democratically elected. Of course the rich and the US don't like him - but they never liken anyone who stands up for the poor

fred's right about hitler & stalin: hitler was *appointed* by german president paul von hindenberg. stalin was *selected* by the central committee of the communist party of the soviet union. neither was elected by the man in the street. -a.v.

Hey, Fred,

I think you need to take a close look at what you undertand to be a "democratic" election, and then look at the travesties of that term in Venezuela.

You are committing a gross libel on Furtwaengler who, at worst, one can accuse of being politically naive.

And to call Hitler his "patron"....

I suggest reading Schoenzler's biography.
